QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 18 y.o. and above
  • A Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status
  • With or without Call Center Experience
  • Valid NBI (6 months to 1 year from date of joining)

  • At least a high school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
  • Have good communication and computer navigation skills
  • Call center experience is an advantage but NOT required
  • Willing to undergo a whole recruitment process

Guide On How To Start The iCIMS Profile & SVAR/ AMCAT Test

Please read the following guidelines for taking the Aspiring Minds assessment administered by Teleperformance:


The Aspiring Minds assessment is a crucial step in the Teleperformance application process. The assessment consists of live sections, including:


1. System Diagnostic Tool:

You will be given one task to complete in five minutes, which will test the functionality of the tools required during the test, such as earphones, internet connection, and device compatibility.


2. SVAR (Spoken English):

This section comprises four parts, which include Reading & Speaking, Repeat, Listening Comprehension, and Free Speech. It is recommended that you have a paper and pen while taking the assessment to take notes, especially during the Listen and Repeat and Free Speech portions.


Reading & Speaking: You will be asked to speak what is written on the screen, and it will automatically move forward after you finish each sentence.


Listen and repeat: You will need to listen carefully to the exam and repeat what you have heard. It is crucial to use earphones during this portion.


Listening Comprehension: You will hear a conversation in this section, followed by a question. The conversation will be played only once, so it is important to stay focused on listening.


Free Speech: You will have 30 seconds to think and prepare for a topic given to you, and 45 seconds to start composing at least 2-3 sentences. Example topics include your Dream Vacation Destination, describing a School Playground, or describing a Crowded Market.


3. Typing:

This section has two parts and is designed to evaluate your typing speed and accuracy. It is accessible via mobile phone.


4. Personality Test:

This section has 72 questions that you need to answer in 15 minutes. It includes free speech, so make sure you answer with a loud and clear voice. The questions will be about yourself and situational scenarios.


5. Basic Analytical Ability:

This section has 19 questions that you need to answer in 15 minutes. It includes basic mathematics and logical questions.

Please take note of the following guidelines for the assessment:


  • To avoid delays in the assessment, ensure that you have a secure internet connection.
  • Speak confidently and clearly, and avoid any dead air.
  • Refrain from using fillers.
  • Speak only in English and avoid speaking in Filipino.
  • Show professionalism and politeness when speaking and answering questions.
  • Make sure to find a quiet place to take the assessment.

How to clear SVAR Test

Now, your next step is to make sure you complete your Applicant Profile and our Assessment. It will allow us to determine if your profile matches one of our openings. The assessment only takes 40 minutes to complete and can be done via mobile or desktop/laptop. Detailed instructions of your assessment will be sent in a separate email after you complete your Applicant Profile.
